Letter & Petition to District Attorney Michael Allen
TBOS, in partnership with a multitude of organizations and prominent individuals of Colorado, submitted a letter and large packet of hand-signed petitions in person to the office of District Attorney Michael J. Allen of Judicial District 4 last week beseeching him to execute his explicitly stated responsibilities under Colorado law in stopping the repulsive, illegal sharing of sexually explicit books by public schools to minors (C.R.S. 18-7-103). As his website specifically states, his office’s guiding principal is that “the time is always right, to do what is right.”
This is his opportunity.
